- Deliver high-quality client support, ensuring smooth access to the organisation and partner services.
- Handle client calls and face-to-face queries efficiently and sensitively.
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Health & Wellbeing Administrative Team and reception.
- Act as an escalation point for client queries and support staff.
- Produce weekly reports on client activity and performance against KPIs.
- Forecast and schedule client volumes, monitoring team capacity to meet demand.
- Maintain accurate and consistent client records in line with the organisation's policies and GDPR.
- Line manage, guide, and motivate the Health & Wellbeing Administrative Team.
- Manage client expectations in relation to funding schemes and eligibility.
- Extract and analyse client data from the Management Information System, preparing bespoke reports for senior management.
- At least 5 GCSEs grade A-C (or equivalent), including English Language and Maths.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the last 5 years providing support to clients with trauma, mental health, or physical health needs.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a line management role, coordinating the work of a team.
- Experience drafting guidance on processes and procedures for colleagues.
- Experience building strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience producing reports and templates, providing regular updates, and using management information systems to support decision-making.
