The organisation delivers innovative fire safety design solutions across residential, commercial, transportation and energy sectors. With a national footprint and flexible working arrangements, the team supports project delivery from concept through to completion.Key Responsibilities
- Develop fire engineering strategies aligned to regulatory standards
- Conduct fire risk assessments and collaborate on mitigation measures
- Manage project delivery within agreed budgets and timelines
- Undertake site visits to assess fire safety installations and compliance
- Prepare clear, structured technical reports for clients and design teams
- Participate in design team meetings and support tender submissions
- Keep abreast of fire safety regulations and industry best practices
- Proven experience working with fire safety standards such as BS9999, NFPA 130, BS9992, and EN45545
- Experience delivering fire engineering solutions across multiple sectors including building, rail or energy
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
- Demonstrable report writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly within a hybrid environment
- Engineering degree or postgraduate qualification in fire engineering or related discipline
- Working towards or eligible for chartered fire engineer status is desirable
- Fire modelling experience is an advantage
