Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…
  • Leading the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient service across all shifts
  • Coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver warm and attentive service
  • Collaborating with the kitchen to ensure excellent communication and consistency
  • Managing rotas, stock, ordering and operational costs
  • Handling guest feedback with professionalism and using it to improve service standards
