- Customer Service Skills: You need to have excellent customer service to interact with guests frequently and provide assistance, guidance, and ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Attention to Detail: You'll need to be detail-oriented and capable of ensuring that the leisure club facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. Whilst able to identify and address any issues that arise promptly.
- Communication Skills: You'll need excellent communication skills, to interact with guests, colleagues, and management on a regular basis and clearly to ensure that guests' needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently. You'll be able to work well in a team and collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
