Litigation Paralegal (Portuguese speaking)

• Translate documents and correspondence between Portuguese and English.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing documents related to litigation cases.
• Support in the preparation of court bundles and filings.
• Conduct legal research and summarise findings for the litigation team.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Act as a liaison between clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in litigation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents and client information.
• Support the litigation team with administrative tasks as required.

• Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A background in legal studies.
• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
