- Demonstrable experience as a digital leader at Board or Sub Board level, in a large and complex organisation (minimum of 5 years)
- Evidence of collaborative working.at senior level
- Experience of providing strategic and technical IM&T advice to the NHS or comparable organisation
- Evidence of managing change at senior level
- Strong record of multi-professional collaboration at a senior level
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively across organisational and geographical boundaries
- Experience of developing and implementing strategy
- Knowledge of analytics, digital systems and advanced technology including artificial intelligence
- Experience of IM&T systems procurement
- Experience of negotiating large contracts
- Experience developing and implementing business cases
- Knowledge of NHS policy including digital policy and strategy
- Experience of bidding and being successful in gaining outside funding from Central, regional and ICB organisation.
- Able to work in partnership with clinical and operational leaders and external partners
- Business, service planning, analytical and numeracy skills
- Ability to improve clinical and operational performance through analytical skills and deployment of technology
