- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data.
- Proven expertise in navigating complex regional labor laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Workday.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (eg. CCP or GRP)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global corporation.
- Fluency in a European language would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience with equity and long-term incentive plans.
- Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, with significant experience in Europe.
