
Dynamics 365 Service Delivery Manager

- -Our implementation project team to transition from project, hypercare to live site
- -Our Centre of Excellence team who work with the business for enhancements, releases and issues
- -Our CE team on developments, enhancements, releases, issues and bugs
- -Our IT team, from service desk, hardware to infrastructure and user tickets for issues and bugs
- Responsible for service delivery performance and D365 service management, including developments, incidents, service requests and problem management
- Ensuring that services are delivered at an expected quality of service
- Proactively work on service improvements activities and process improvements related to defined scope to improve quality of the services within the scope.
- Master related technical support tools and drive their adoptions throughout, ADO, IT ticket management, Sprints
- Assist in the transition from project to live
- Collaborate closely with key business, project team, IT stakeholders to continuously enhance users' satisfaction and drive success
- Run one-2-one's, CE, F&O, up to management meetings
- Prepare reports on service delivery
- Educated to degree level, or Microsoft certified qualifications
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO and CE with a strong technical understanding
- Experience in managing service delivery for Dynamics 365 FO and CE
- Professional experience in IT incorporating support
- Proficient in project management and capable of leading project sprints
- Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills
- A good understanding of current legislation and precedence governing IT
- Clear and effective communicator, capable working with teams and leadership
- Highly organized with a proactive and positive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities
- Remains calm under pressure and able to take onboard feedback, both positive and negative
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with others
- Able to inspire staff and drive team performance
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 certifications) - desirable
