This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, develop your skills, and make a real impact in the automotive aftermarket sector.What You Will Do:- Conduct testing and reporting on rotating electrics, including starter motors and alternators, to identify and resolve issues.- Accept or reject warranty claims in line with current service offers, ensuring a 48-hour turnaround for claims processing.- Collaborate with the Quality team using a problem-solving mindset to drive continuous improvement.- Liaise directly with customers to provide detailed explanations for accepted or rejected returns and promote best practices to reduce warranty costs.- Manage inventory control of warranty units and process stock movements using SAP business management software.- Provide analysis on returns by product, supplier, and customer to support the reduction of warranty returns and promote quality improvement initiatives.What You Will Bring:- Hands-on experience or understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector, with training provided if needed.- Logical thinking skills for fault finding, with a background in vehicle maintenance, repair, or auto electrics being desirable.- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with business management systems like SAP.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.This role is integral to the company's mission of delivering exceptional quality and service.
