- Tackle machinery issues fast - respond to breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance, and deliver project work across a variety of industrial equipment.
- Hands-on electrical work - sensors, relays, AC/DC motors, contactors, control panels, PLCs (ideally Siemens S7), with strong fault-finding skills and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.
- Industrial know-how - experience in manufacturing, industrial, or automated environments, electrically qualified, and confident with both electrical and mechanical fault finding.
- Control & instrumentation expertise - work with MCC panel layouts, temperature sensors, pressure transducers, flow meters, and carry out accurate electrical diagnostics and PLC hardware work, while maintaining top-tier safety and housekeeping standards.
- Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), Multi-skilled Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical), Industrial Electrician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, Controls Engineer, PLC Engineer/Technician, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation & Control Engineer, Service Engineer (Electrical), Commissioning Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, Power Systems Engineer, HV/LV Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Electrical Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), Electrical Shift Engineer, Electrical Plant Engineer.
- Electrical NVQ level 3 or similar
- HNC Electrical/Electronic Engineering (advantageous)
- BS7671 18th edition (advantageous)
