- Provide confident, empathetic support to both parents and young people within a residential setting
- Supporting young people back into their family homes.
- Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships that promote personal growth and family cohesion
- Contribute to the delivery of structured daily routines and ensure a safe, welcoming, and nurturing home environment
- Work flexibly as part of a rota system, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in/night shifts
- Access to support and guidance in pursuing social work qualifications and relevant professional development courses
- Collaborate closely with experienced family therapists and psychologists
- Participate in and observe family workshops and specialist training sessions designed to support long-term change

- A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential is required
- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
- Compassionate, patient, and resilient individuals who are committed to supporting families through change
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the residential home and its residents
- Previous experience in residential childcare or as a Family Support Worker is highly desirable
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
