- Securing sales of Aggregates and Asphalt in line with budgeted expectations, in relation to volume and selling price whilst promoting and finding opportunities for our range of value added products
- Regular engagement with all areas of the business to ensure we deliver first class customer service
- Proactively developing and maintaining the present and prospective customer base in line with the business targets and aspirations
- Ensuring that all market knowledge is captured and recorded in line with company requirements
- Delivering accurate and timely monthly forecasts
- Ability to drive continuous improvements be searching out new opportunities
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven
- Well organised and efficient
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of influence and persuasion
- Capability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Proven effective time management skills
- Full UK manual car driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
