A well-established, employee-owned engineering consultancy is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team. With roles available in Kent, Manchester, London, and Nottingham, this position offers the chance to work on major residential developments in a supportive, flexible environment. The company has an excellent staff retention rate, a strong team culture, and offers real career progression.This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in residential infrastructure design, particularly in cut and fill, Civils 3D, and Highways work experience. Drainage knowledge is a plus, though not the main focus.Role Highlights:
  • Permanent role with flexible location (Kent, Manchester, London, or Nottingham)
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week from home
  • £40,000 - £55,000 salary + tax-free bonus
  • Experience in residential infrastructure is essential
  • Skilled in Civil 3D, cut and fill modelling, and Section 278 highway works
  • Drainage experience advantageous but not essential
