Then bring your skills in analysis, problem solving, project and stakeholder management to Citi’s Markets Program Execution and Transformation team.By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.Team/Role OverviewPrimary objective is the accurate and timely implementation of necessary changes to meet regulatory requirements, maintaining commercial viability, of the Markets business.The team are responsible for the delivery of business mandatory (Regulatory) and business discretionary first line of defence Programs. This requires scoping, impact assessment, creating a plan/timeline and resource allocation. Implementation includes creating the solution, coordinating dependencies between projects, mitigating risks across projects whilst meeting Citi’s Program Management Standards, reporting progress and escalating risks and issues to senior stakeholders.What you’ll doSupports day-to-day activities of running EU and UK based project/programs.Apply Business Analytical skills to create impact assessments.Supports creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log.Stakeholder management including scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyWhat we’ll need from youProject / Program Management skillsCritical thinking skills.Understanding of Markets line of businessStakeholder Management / negotiate skills.Ideally an understanding of the Products Traded within MarketsUnderstanding of Risk ManagementWhat we can offer youThis is a role provides a platform to build an in-depth knowledge of financial services, program and stakeholder management, in addition to Regulatory rule analysis and interpretation.
