The Events Manager will support the delivery of the firms varied events portfolio (e.g., online webinars, in-person conferences, talks, parties, etc) of up to 500 attendees across this spectrum. The Events Manager will plan, organise, and execute these events to strengthen brand visibility, engage audiences, and nurture relationships.
  • Manage all aspects of the event lifecycle from planning and marketing to registrations and post-event feedback
  • Work collaboratively with the Corporate Marketing & Communications team to develop content and influence accordingly to get required content when needed
  • Observe and measure engagement and contribute to the reporting requirements needed to analyse event ROI

  • Ideally 2.5+ years experience managing events - either in-house or via an agency - including webinars, in-person conferences, talks, parties, etc.
  • Preferably, exposure to financial services companies or similar mid-large sized corporates
  • Comfortable managing events of up to 500 attendees
