Graduate Teaching Assistant: Who We’re Looking ForTo succeed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you should have:
  • A degree (2:1 or higher) in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, or a related subject (Russell Group/top-30 preferred)
  • Strong academic background at GCSE and A-Level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence, adaptability, and a proactive approach
  • A genuine interest in progressing into teacher training or education careers
  • Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
