- Deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities across the primary age range, in line with teacher planning
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including those with SEND or EAL needs
- Take responsibility for whole-class teaching during teacher PPA time or absence
- Support the creation of a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and adapt support accordingly
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to promote wellbeing and academic success
- Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities
- Hold HLTA status or be working towards it (desirable but not essential)
- Have experience working in a primary school setting across different key stages
- Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and child wellbeing
- Possess strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Be enthusiastic about professional learning and contributing to the wider school community
