  • Deliver engaging and differentiated learning activities across the primary age range, in line with teacher planning
  • Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including those with SEND or EAL needs
  • Take responsibility for whole-class teaching during teacher PPA time or absence
  • Support the creation of a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and adapt support accordingly
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to promote wellbeing and academic success
  • Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold HLTA status or be working towards it (desirable but not essential)
  • Have experience working in a primary school setting across different key stages
  • Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, inclusive practice, and child wellbeing
  • Possess strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Be enthusiastic about professional learning and contributing to the wider school community
