
Internal Sales Executive

- Manage existing customer accounts to maximise sales and profitability
- Open and develop new accounts with a focus on profitable growth
- Engage with customers via phone and face-to-face to process orders accurately using our CRM system
- Provide quotes and maximise add-on sales opportunities
- Proactively contact lapsed and potential new customers to generate sales
- Work closely with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Support credit control and other internal departments as required
- Assist on the trade counter when needed
- Promote the full range of products across the group
- Previous internal sales experience, ideally within construction distribution
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good numeracy and IT skills, with attention to detail
- Target-driven and proactive approach to sales
