- Professional social work qualification and registration with professional body.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams and an ability to influence others and lead change by providing assurance and inspiring confidence.
- Strong business planning and management skills, including responsibility of ensuring quality of practice and service delivery across the operational area is not only sustained but continually improved.
- To contribute to the training and development of Wakefield Council Children and Young People&©s workforce.
- Support the Head of Safeguarding, Learning and Quality and others to assure the impact of interventions.
