Progression: Clear pathway to Director-levelShape, Lead, and Build – A Major Role in a Growing BusinessThis is a pivotal leadership role with a well-established specialist contractor – known for delivering high-quality sports surfaces, civil engineering projects, and complex groundworks across the UK.With a stronghold in South Wales, the business is now scaling its North Wales operation, and this role is central to that growth. There are already active projects in the region – now they need someone to take ownership, lead delivery, and drive expansion alongside the directors.The Opportunity

- Build your own team – source and manage new sub-contractors, hire staff as the region grows, and shape the division your way
- Lead commercial and operational performance across all North Wales projects
- Work alongside directors on business development and strategic growth
- Oversee contract negotiations, tenders, and project delivery
- Build and manage regional delivery teams and supply chains
- Ensure consistent quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Strong commercial and/or operational experience in construction, groundworks, civil engineering, or sports surfacing
- Track record of delivering multi-site projects with full lifecycle oversight
- Confidence managing clients, budgets, and technical delivery
- A hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset – ready to lead and scale
- Ambition to progress to Director-level as the business expands
- £70,000 – £75,000 salary
