- Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect visual designs that captivate and engage sports fans.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile, blending great UX with impactful brand expression.
- Build wireframes, prototypes and concepts to communicate ideas and solutions clearly.
- Contribute to the development of site maps, information architectures and user personas to understand needs and behaviours.
- Conduct user research and usability testing using tools like Usertesting and Google Analytics to uncover issues and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to align concepts with technical feasibility and product goals.
- Work alongside engineering teams (Front-End, iOS, Android), preparing detailed hand-off materials to support accurate implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, adapting design approaches to meet the needs of sports audiences and business goals.
- Contribute to the evolution and upkeep of design systems and frameworks, supporting more senior designers in ensuring consistency and quality across products.
- Support the development of user journey maps that illustrate flows across multiple touchpoints and scenarios.
- Participate in internal workshops and client meetings to shape ideas and gather feedback.
- Provide design support for business development efforts - creating compelling visuals for pitches, proposals and client-facing materials.
- Explore new tools and technologies, including AI-powered methods, to improve design quality and team efficiency.
- Actively seek and incorporate feedback, continually developing your skills and creative judgment.
- A strong visual design portfolio, demonstrating attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to simplify complex interactions.
- Highly proficient in Figma.
- Awareness of prototyping tools (e.g. Protopie, Principle, or similar).
- Interest in research methods for identifying user needs and pain points.
- Some understanding of how design systems support consistent product development.
- Good understanding of iOS and Android platform conventions and mobile design principles.
- Adaptable, open-minded and eager to take ownership of your work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with advanced prototyping tools or motion design to enhance user interaction.
- Previous agency or client-facing experience.
- Experience in evolving brand identities for digital applications.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
