With decades of experience within communication solutions, they operate at the heart of national security and defence technology.About the roleFocused on business development within defence, especially UK MODBuild and maintain relationships with senior end-user stakeholders (ideally at 1* or 2* level)Identify early-stage opportunities and influence buying decisionsCollaborate closely with the sales and delivery teamsRepresent the company at industry events and contribute to strategic planningAbout youProven experience in UK defence sector business developmentExisting network within MOD end-user organisationsAble to navigate complex buying structures and influence key decision-makersStrong communicator with commercial and technical understandingComfortable working in a small business environment with broad responsibilityPackageBase salary: £80,000 - £100,000Commission/bonus schemeRemote-first working policy with flexible arrangementsWork that supports national security and critical infrastructure
