With a small number of beautifully appointed bedrooms and an excellent location, the potential for growth is immense. The goal is ambitious yet achievable: to double the current turnover and increase profits.The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, adept at training and developing staff and implementing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational excellence. Strategic thinking and a commercial mindset are essential, as the role involves generating revenue, marketing the property and building the business.Connecting with locals and the community is a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will forge strong relationships with local businesses and collaborate to create mutually beneficial opportunities. Leading a team with a customer-focused approach, the manager will ensure that every guest experience is memorable and exceeds expectations.Key skills and experience required include:- Proven track record in hotel management and food and beverage service, preferably within a similar high-quality establishment.
