This well-established company is experiencing continued growth and is now looking to appoint a UK Operations Manager to oversee cleanroom and cold room installation projects across the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations or project manager to step into a key leadership role within a technically focused and fast-growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all operational aspects of UK-based projects, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standardsManage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, materials, and logisticsLiaise closely with commercial and senior management teams on forecasting, resource planning, and performance monitoringMaintain strict compliance with all health & safety and GMP regulationsAct as the key client liaison throughout the project lifecycleSupport ongoing business development, tendering, and strategic growth initiativesCandidate RequirementsProven experience in a senior operational or project management role within constructionBackground in cleanroom, cold room, HVAC, M&E or similar technical installations is highly desirableStrong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences environment, including regulatory and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skillsWillingness to travel nationwide as requiredThe OfferA senior leadership role with a reputable, growing contractorCompetitive salary, company vehicle, bonus scheme, and benefits packageThe chance to work on high-spec, technically complex projects across the UKCareer progression opportunities in a niche and expanding sector
