You’ll bring a passion for lead generation, a results-first mindset, and ideally have hands-on experience with Ontraport or a similar CRM platform.Day-to-day:Lead Generation & Campaign ExecutionRun outbound campaigns across email, SMS, retargetingBuild high-converting funnels and lead nurturing journeysDrive a consistent flow of quality leads into the sales pipelineCRM & Funnel ManagementOwn the CRM system (Ontraport or similar) — segmentation, workflows, automationsOptimise funnels to improve performance and scale campaign deliverySales Integration & Pipeline AlignmentWork closely with sales to align on lead quality, handover, and conversionMonitor sales performance and support accountabilityAnalytics, Reporting & OptimisationTrack key KPIs: CPL, CAC, conversion rates, velocityDeliver regular reports with actionable insightsUse data to improve campaign targeting and performanceCopywriting & Campaign MessagingWrite compelling content for emails, landing pages, SMS, and adsMaintain brand consistency while testing messaging that drives responseContinuous ImprovementTest everything – subject lines, segments, CTAs, creativeStay ahead of digital marketing trendsBuild scalable, repeatable systems that evolve with the businessWhat We’re Looking For4–6+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing (B2B preferred)Experience with Ontraport, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systemsProven track record of delivering leads, improving conversion, and generating revenueAnalytical thinker with a creative edge — confident using data to drive decisionsHigh-energy, proactive mindset — you take ownership and get resultsStrong copywriting and messaging skillsIf you are the candidate we are looking for, apply now or give Kara/Nathan a call on 01733 558877 for a confidential chat
