This is your chance to lead high-impact M365 projects for clients across industries, including secure and government environments.What You'll Do:
- Lead the delivery of complex Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Shape the M365 capability roadmap and contribute to solution design, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and support technical delivery across the full lifecycle-from discovery to implementation.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and craft innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to pre-sales, estimations, and technical proposals.
- Proven experience delivering M365 solutions in secure environments.
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, Azure services, and M365 governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and ALM practices.
- SC clearance (mandatory).
- Microsoft certifications and knowledge of AI within M365.
- Background in defence or government sectors.
