Production Manager
Dungannon
£45,000Monday – Thursday (8.00am – 5:00pm)
Friday (8.00am – 2.15pm)Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dungannon, to recruit a Production Manager.As the successful Production Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of Production & People management within our client’s workshop area.What We Require:
  • You will have previous production supervision experience gained within a manufacturing environment.
  • You will be able to demonstrate previous manufacturing engineering and/or manufacturing systems experience.
  • You will have a practical understanding of lean manufacturing is also required.
  • People management/supervisory experience is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
  • Knowledge of inventory control, lean manufacturing, takt time and continuous improvement
