Whether you're an established Credit Controller or stepping up into a management role, this is your opportunity to join a supportive finance department where your expertise will be valued and your contributions will be visible.What You'll Be Doing:As Credit Controller (or Credit Control Manager depending on experience), you'll take the lead in managing the full credit control function. Your work will directly influence cash flow and financial performance, making you a key player in the company's continued success.Your day-to-day will include:
  • Proactively chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
  • Building long-term relationships with customers to ensure smooth payment cycles
  • Investigating and resolving invoice disputes quickly and professionally
  • Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
  • Producing regular aged debt reports for senior management
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, customer service, accounts) to resolve account queries
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in credit control (2+ years ideal)
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage and prioritise a varied workload
  • A positive, problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude
