The Global Key Accounts (GKA) team leads partnerships with the world's largest brands in pursuit of unlocking global value for TikTok Shop. The team plays a critical role in supporting key, multi-national brands as they scale their Social Commerce presence and leverage TikTok Shop to drive user discovery, engagement, and purchase.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. - Lead a project to expand TikTok Shop's 1P Retail model through developing partnerships with key brands
- Optimize business inputs and outputs
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to optimize the business model
- Discover innovative business models and solutions for projects by leveraging resources
- Solve key challenges by strong collaborating with cross-function teamsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree, graduating after September 2026, able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer2026;
- Have a deep understanding of the Retail/E-Commerce industry;
- Experience successfully leading complex projects, and a track record of delivering results;
- Experience within sales, business development, or buying;
- Effective communicator and presenter;
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration;
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management.Preferred Qualifications
- Quick learner, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continuously adapting to changing business needs;
- Experience presenting to senior executives;
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations;
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
