- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 3.
- Strong understanding of the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment expectations.
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support all learners.
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities or curriculum enrichment.
- Experience teaching Year 3 curriculum content, including transition from Key Stage 1.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Supporting and guiding pupils to help them achieve their academic goals
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities or curriculum enrichment.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support all learners.
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
