With a reputation for excellence, they are committed to supporting clients through all stages of the project lifecycle.ABOUT THE ROLEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Leeds office. This role is well-suited to someone with solid commercial experience-ideally within a large consultancy environment-and a strong track record in the residential sector, particularly across Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects.Key Responsibilities

Lead cost management services on high-profile residential developments
Provide strategic cost advice from early-stage feasibility through to project completion
Manage client relationships and represent the consultancy at a senior level
Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and design consultants
Mentor and develop junior staff, contributing to team growth and capability
Support business development and contribute to bid and proposal work

REQUIREMENTS

Proven consultancy experience, ideally within a large or multidisciplinary firm
Strong sector knowledge of BtR and PBSA projects
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to lead complex projects
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, collaborative approach with strong commercial awareness
