- Lead cost management services on high-profile residential developments
- Provide strategic cost advice from early-stage feasibility through to project completion
- Manage client relationships and represent the consultancy at a senior level
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and design consultants
- Mentor and develop junior staff, contributing to team growth and capability
- Support business development and contribute to bid and proposal work
- Proven consultancy experience, ideally within a large or multidisciplinary firm
- Strong sector knowledge of BtR and PBSA projects
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to lead complex projects
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong commercial awareness
