Five Education is looking for a part-time Candidate Resourcer to work in our office in central Bristol. We are an independent, SEND specialist recruitment agency finding work for Teaching Assistants and Teachers to work in schools.We're a small niche agency with clients spanning the Southwest and the South of England. We are passionate about providing the highest levels of staffing services to our clients and supply. Set up by a former Teacher, we pride ourselves in understanding our clients' needs and believe in offering our staff the most suitable roles available to them. We are one of the fastest growing agencies in the Southwest with ambitious but professional staff.The role will start as 3 days a week on a fixed term contract of 12 months. This is likely to be extended, and depending on company needs, there could be an opportunity for more hours. The role is perfect for graduates looking to enter a career in recruitment or those with a background in admin.The Role:
- Advertising positions and sourcing candidates through job boards and career fairs. Interviewing candidates by video and face to face and undertaking compliance duties
- Working with SEND teachers and teaching assistants across the South of England
- Full training provided
- Based in friendly and sociable office
- Hours are 8am-5pm for 3 days a week, between Monday and FridayAbout you:
- Experience working in schools, with young people, or SEND individuals is desirable
- Psychology, sociology, education, or related degrees are desirable
- Driven and motivated to succeed
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentEssential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable and outgoing
- High levels of customer service and professional approach
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good with technology and comfortable using various software and systems
