With a long-standing reputation for innovation and success, they are now expanding their sales team in Belfast and are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join them on this journey.The RoleAs a Sales Advisor, you’ll be working in a lively, fast-paced contact centre environment where no two days are the same. Your main responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by:· Speaking to prospective business customers over the phone· Building relationships and closing sales on fuel card products· Managing and growing your customer pipeline through follow-ups and referrals· Cross-selling additional services to maximise customer value· Handling account administration and ensuring customer satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For· Previous experience in sales, telesales, or call centre sales (B2B or B2C)· Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly· Target-driven mindset with the resilience to succeed in a competitive environment· Confident using computer systems, including MS Office applications· Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage your own workload effectivelyWhat’s in it for you?· Competitive base salary of £25,000· Uncapped monthly commission – realistic OTE £35K–£40K+· 25 days holiday + bank holidays· Structured training and development programme to set you up for success· Be part of a supportive, high-performing sales team with ongoing coaching· Long-term career opportunities in a business that rewards successThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hungry to earn, progress, and build a career in sales.
