Corporate CommercialSolicitor/Legal ExecutiveChippenham, WiltshireA unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a highly regarded and successful team, that perhaps does not shout about its successes enough!The Role:You will play a key role in delivering expert legal advice on all aspects of excellent quality company commercial law to include:
  • Approximately 70% transactional work, 30% commercial/contracts
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Share restructures
  • Employee ownership trusts
  • SPV/Joint ventures
  • Succession planning
  • Family Farming Partnerships
  • And much more
The firm does not have specific sector focus (yet!), but because of its geography, it has many agricultural & manufacturing clientsYou will be encouraged to build relationships with your own client base as well as advise the established & loyal clients already on boardWhat experience do you need?
  • 5+ years' PQE in corporate commercial law (ideal not essential)
  • Strong background and willingness to learn
  • An openness for business development would be an advantage but do also get in touch if you really dislike this!
  • Do reach out if you are a lawyer in a related specialism and looking to pivot into a corporate/commercial setting
