Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (term-time only)

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a Primary outreach team in Plymouth from September.This role is focused on working with younger children in a 1:1 and small group capacity, supporting those with a range of additional needs (including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH). The position involves travelling to different outreach settings, so the ability to drive with business insurance is essential.The Role:Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for primary-aged pupils with SENEncouraging engagement through creative, practical, and flexible approaches to learningBuilding strong, supportive relationships to promote emotional and academic developmentWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent supportRequirements:Previous experience working with SEN children in a primary setting (school, outreach, or care background considered)A patient, adaptable, and proactive approachAbility to drive with business insuranceStrong communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer:Full-time role, Monday to Friday (term-time only)Daily pay between £90 – £95Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunitiesA chance to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives in a rewarding outreach roleIf you are a motivated and compassionate individual with experience supporting younger children with SEN, we’d love to hear from you.
