Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon applicationWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work full-time for a private client based in Portishead, Bristol. This hybrid role offers a balance of on-site and remote working and is available for an immediate start.What will your responsibilities be?This role involves delivering a high standard of occupational health services, including health surveillance, case management, fitness-for-work assessments, and health promotion. You will work closely with employees and management to support workplace health and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation. The postholder will also contribute to policy development and maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.Qualifications and Experience:
- NMC registration (essential)
- Experience in occupational health nursing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace
