In this role, you will oversee lessons and support students when their regular teacher is absent, ensuring a productive and engaging learning environment. This position requires strong behaviour management skills to maintain discipline and ensure a positive classroom atmosphere.   • Managing student behaviour effectively to create a focused and respectful classroom environment
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in KS3 and KS4
  • Encouraging student participation and engagement during lessons
  • Building strong relationships with students and staff to foster a supportive atmosphere
  • Quickly adapting to different classes and school expectations
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in handling classroom challenges
  • Previous experience working in a school or with young people (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • The ability to engage and motivate students in the classroom
  • A degree in any subject (preferred)
