What you will do:
As a Lead Clinician, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to deliver tailored assessment and intervention plans for our pupils.
  • Holding a personal caseload while receiving extensive support from our knowledgeable Clinical Team.
  • Engaging in staff training, consultation, and reflective practices.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring therapeutic approaches are effectively implemented.
  • Developing holistic strategies that focus on creating enriched environments for pupils, enabling them to thrive and achieve their potentials.
Essential criteria:
  • Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology.
  • Active registration with the HCPC and your relevant professional body.
  • Proven experience working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs, such as complex trauma and mental health challenges.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to work sensitively and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrable ongoing professional development relevant to our setting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
