- Experience of working in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, either operationally, multi-site support, clinical or non-clinical
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships across multiple teams and communication effectively
- Excel Intermediate or above
- Highly IT-literate; comfortable using Microsoft Word and Outlook, IT systems like Datix and Maxims, and internet-based applications such as SurveyMonkey and One Trust or similar
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, across organisational levels and departments
- Internal and external stakeholder working and relationship building
- Excellent analytical capability: able to anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead to draw logical solutions to problems
- Experience and/or training in monitoring outcomes and effectiveness
