This is a design consultancy position with strong client-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone eager to shape not just buildings, but their own professional path.Key Responsibilities:Client Management – Take ownership of client relationships and define scope of works.Collaboration – Work closely with other engineers and disciplines to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.Project Oversight – Lead the preparation of mechanical designs, specifications, drawings, and technical reports.Sustainable Solutions – Advocate for and implement sustainable design practices throughout all stages.Mentorship – Support and mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.Continuous Improvement – Stay current with industry trends and drive enhancements in design and technical standards.Requirements:Experience – Minimum of 5 years in the Building Services industry, with solid knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, and best practices.Technical Skills – Proficiency in mechanical ventilation, heating, and cooling services, with hands-on experience using Revit and AutoCAD.Soft Skills – Strong communication and organisational abilities, along with a proactive, can-do attitude.Qualifications – Degree or Higher National Qualification in a Building Services-related discipline.
