- CDM Risk Knowledge
- Ability to adapt ideas and approaches to suit changing priorities or solutions
- Well organised, diplomatic, proactive, assertive and well-disciplinedDesirableskils for the Health & Safety Advisor Role- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level H&S qualification
- Auditor qualifications
- IEMA/CQI membership
- CSCSMain Duties for the Health & Safety Advisor- Provide Health & Safety support to Rail Sector projects
- Assist in the development of Health & Safety related documentation including CPP, WPP, TBS, RAMS
- Promoting the awareness of Health & Safety issues and activities across the projects
- Receive, review and disseminate Health & Safety information
- Organisation of investigations into incidents and accidents, reporting of conclusions and implement
corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain liaison with Trackwork Clients, Network Rail, Enforcement Agencies and Third Parties on Health & Safety
issues
- Support the Head of Health & Safety in developing Health & Safety Strategies and maintaining third party accreditations
