A leading international intellectual property firm is seeking a Trade Mark Administrator to support attorneys in their Leeds office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administration teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting standard correspondence to clients and official bodies
  • Monitoring shared and individual inboxes
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Handling calls, messages, and diary management
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Managing case deadlines and documentation
  • Conducting web searches and updating databases
  • Using external client systems and booking couriers
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Calm and composed under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
