We're looking for Secure Residential Support Workers for a client based in Hailsham.

  • Supporting and safeguarding children in residential setting
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement through structured activities
  • Working 1:1 and in groups to provide high-quality care and emotional support
  • Participating in education, enrichment, and keywork sessions
  • Responding to incidents with calm, proportionate, trauma-informed actions
About You:
  • A proactive, nurturing attitude and a strong team ethic
  • Experience in working with vulnerable young people
  • Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 rota
  • Due to the nature of the role, an Enhanced DBS is required
