Shifts: Days & TwilightWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Agent to manage a civils team on the Northern Runway. You will be responsible for overseeing works in a live airport environment, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of critical infrastructure improvements.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise civil engineering teams on-siteCoordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with airport safety and operational proceduresLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholdersMonitor progress, quality, and HSE standardsDeliver works to Tier 1 standards within tight timeframes and operational constraintsRequirements:Proven Tier 1 experience on airport or major highway projects (essential)Strong civil engineering backgroundExperience managing works in high-security, live environmentsCSCS, SMSTS, and Airside Pass (or eligible)Excellent leadership and communication skillsFlexibility to work day and twilight shifts
