About the roleAs a Behaviour Mentor, you will be required to provide specialist support in a classroom setting for children with learning disabilities and difficulties. Vision For Education are seeking the ideal candidate who is positive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop their skills. You will support teaching and learning across the school, providing general support to pupils and management of resources and behaviours.About the schoolThe School have a caring and inclusive ethos with high expectations. There are specialising in supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, complex needs and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The team are solution-focused and dedicated to help improve outcomes for vulnerable pupils and offer outstanding education they deserve.RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor - Schools you will:
  • Be empathetic, and have good listening and communication skills.
  • Have a flexible, adaptable and positive attitude.
  • Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to start a new application.
  • Have competent behaviour management skills.
