· Assist the class teacher with daily classroom tasks and routines
· Support individual pupils and small groups across various subjects
· Help prepare resources and organise the classroom environment
· Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
· Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
· Always follow school safeguarding and behaviour policiesRequirements:
· Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
· A minimum of 12 weeks experience in a UK primary school
· A positive, patient and proactive attitude
· Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
· Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
