Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partner schools in Middlesbrough this October.What You’ll Be Doing:Student Support: Work closely with pupils who have a range of learning needs, offering tailored one-to-one and small group support.Collaborating with Teachers: Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised learning plans.Fostering Inclusion: Help create a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every student feels supported and empowered.Monitoring Progress: Track student development, provide feedback, and celebrate achievements.Building Confidence: Encourage students to take ownership of their learning and grow in independence.What We’re Looking For:Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential—your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a caring, supportive attitude.
