Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

Lead in the day-to-day management of projects and delivery of client work. You will engage with all key stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met, risks are managed, and the quality of work is to the highest standard.
Take responsibility for developing more junior members of the team, understanding their career aspirations and supporting their delivery.
Support business development activities by building strong internal and external networks to help foster new clients and opportunities. In addition, you will be a key member of the team taking their capital modelling and model validation services to market

Qualifications required:

Experience required:

Minimum criteria you'll need is UK professional services experience with deep experience in capital and/or reserving
Experience in Part VII transfers, Lloyds Statements of Actuarial Opinion and the Solvency II (or Solvency UK) Standard Formula
Ability to adapt quickly, work to tight deadlines and a track record of producing high quality work
Monitoring junior team members work and coaching/career development
