Purchase Ledger Team Leader - WestburyCore3 are delighted to partner with a market-leading and growing business to recruit a Purchase Ledger Team Leader opportunity in Westbury, Wiltshire. £30-38,000 DOE. You'll be trusted to coach and develop the team, support the Finance Manager, and deliver accurate, timely reporting to senior stakeholders.This is a varied and rewarding leadership role in a fast-paced environment where you'll help shape a positive team culture and improve operational efficiency.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and overseeing the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger functionActing as deputy to the Finance Manager on all purchase ledger mattersManaging and resolving escalated supplier and ledger queriesEnsuring deadlines are met and the month-end process runs smoothlySupporting and developing your team through coaching, training, and regular 1:1sLeading onboarding and training for new hires and supporting performance reviewsProducing regular reports and reconciliations including aged creditors, supplier statements, and duplicate invoice checksMaintaining and improving processes across verification, reconciliations, and held invoice resolutionCollaborating with finance and operational colleagues to drive best practiceSupporting with ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as neededWhy our client is excited about youYou're an experienced purchase ledger professional who thrives in a leadership role.
