A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.Casual Waiting PersonDuties & Responsibilities include:
  • Ensure that all guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service
  • Attend table service as required
  • Prepare all food service stations for service, replenish all condiments and cutlery and ensure all seating areas are set up to the correct standard
  • Ensure that all food service areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition, including floors, tables and service trolleys
  • Opportunity to gain knowledge & experience working in bar service operations
  • Follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations at all times
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team
Working hours are between 06.30 and 23.00, Monday to Sunday. Number of shifts will vary per week.
